  1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. You may be eligible for a return or exchange if you meet the following conditions:

  • You have received a damaged or defective mug.
  • The received product does not match your order.
  • There was an error caused by Savage Mugs during customization (for non-custom mugs).

1.2. Custom mugs are exempt from returns or exchanges unless there was an error directly caused by Savage Mugs during the customization process.

  1. Initiating a Return

2.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at orders@savagemugs.co.za or by phone at +27(0)63 230 5645. Please provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.

2.2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions. Please do not return any items without obtaining approval from our team.

  1. Return Process

3.1. Upon approval of your return or exchange request, we will provide you with a return shipping address and any necessary documentation.

3.2. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition, unused, and securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

3.3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

  1. Refund or Exchange

4.1. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange based on your request.

4.2. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4.3. In the case of an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible, subject to availability.

  1. Non-Eligible Items

5.1. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom mugs, except in cases where the error is attributable to Savage Mugs.
  • Items that have been used, damaged due to mishandling, or not in their original condition.
