What type of payments do you accept?
We support pretty much every popular payment method out there in South Africa and accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT through our trusted payment gateway with Payfast. Cash on Delivery is unfortunately not accepted with custom mug orders due to completing prints and customers not collecting. All mug orders must be paid in full upfront.
I forgot my login detail, what can I do?
If you're struggling to get into your account there is an option to recover or reset your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" on Account page. If you need any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact Savage Mugs via email, phone or WhatsApp.
I’m struggling to order online, what can I do?
We're sorry you're struggling, we try use the latest technology and common issues would be outdated browsers. If you're unable to purchase online we can manually process your order via email or WhatsApp.

General Questions

Can I provide my own design or logo for printing on the mug?
Certainly, as long as the image or design is HI resolution (1000 pixels +) this wont compromise your mug design. Any tweaks needed our Savage Designer will jump in and help free of charge!
What type of mugs do you offer for customization?
Currently we have 11oz ceramic A Grade mugs both in white and magic mug. We have 11oz frosted mugs and 13oz Cone mugs for full customizing.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
At Savage Mugs, our goal is to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Upon receiving your order, we work diligently to print, process, and prepare it for shipping within 48 hours. For custom mugs, the timeline may vary based on any modifications and the final approval of your artwork. However, rest assured that we strive to complete the process within 48 hours during business hours for all individual orders.
Is there a minimum order quantity for customized mugs?
At Savage Mugs, we have no minimum order quantities for regular purchases. However, for wholesale or corporate orders, there is a minimum requirement of 10 mugs. This minimum order quantity allows you to access exclusive Savage discounts and benefits when placing larger orders.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
All our Savage Mugs are A Grade premium mugs and are microwave and dishwasher safe.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
You have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. However, please note that custom mugs cannot be refunded once they have been printed. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 72 hours of placing your order. We strive to handle refund requests promptly and efficiently. If your order hasn't been printed as yet you can modify your order.

Can I request a sample mug before placing a larger order?
Certainly, a Savage Mug can be printed and supplied free of charge with courier cost for the buyers account for Corporate orders.
What delivery options do you offer?
Savage Mugs provides 3 options in obtaining your Savage Mug as fast as possible and as cost effective as possible! We have "Hold for collection" for anyone who would like to collect if you are in Gauteng. Paxi delivery (PEP store to store delivery). Aramex delivery (Door-to-Door delivery) which is available during check out.
Do you provide a proof or mock-up of the design before printing?
At Savage Mugs we believe in "seeing is believing". You have free access to our Savage Designer who will assist you through any custom mug designing and a mock-up will be provided for your final approval before we print your Savage Custom Mug!
What is your return or refund policy for customized mugs?
At Savage Mugs, our utmost priority is your complete satisfaction. We proudly provide a 14-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If any errors occur due to our production process, we will issue a refund specifically for the mug purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged mug, we will promptly reprint and dispatch a replacement free of charge. Your happiness and the quality of our products are of utmost importance to us.
